American Senior Communities is now hiring Director of Clinical Services for Senior Living

The Director of Clinical Services coordinates, manages and oversees the overall clinical operations for the senior living communities. This position trains, develops policies and procedures to enhance the clinical excellence and standards of practice in accordance with Federal and State Regulations. This candidate will ensure the highest standards of quality compassionate care is provided through focused clinical reviews, problem identification and resolution, and systems correction and implementation.

Education and Qualifications

  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and holds a current Indiana RN license.
  • Minimum of five to seven years clinical experience in Geriatric or Gerontology coupled with a minimum of one-year experience as a Departmental Manager in a Residential setting.
  • Prior experience within the licensed residential environment is preferred.

Special Requirements

  • Must be able to travel and commit to overnight stays.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours.
  • Must have a valid Indiana Operators License.
