One of Insight Global's large Agricultural Sciences companies is looking for an IT Field Services Engineer to join their team located in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. This person will analyze, design and implement new, or modify existing, desktop computing infrastructure to meet ongoing research center needs. The Field Services Engineer will provide technical knowledge to handle complex issues and ensure desktop computing infrastructure meets business requirements, follows industry standards, and maintains data security. This role will apply knowledge of desktop computing infrastructure to meet research center and information management needs for a robust and fault tolerant network.

Skills and Requirements

* 2+ years of experience supporting Windows & MAC OS setup and support

* Ticketing system support experience, handling escalated Tier 2 tickets while providing white-glove employee experience

* Experience with imaging, configuring, and computer/infrastructure deployment strategies -- prefer experience with PDQ, SCCM, or similar

* Tier 1 & 2 Active Directory support experience null
