We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role will be based on-site and will involve answering customer inquiries and handling various tasks related to customer service in the legal industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls, providing information as required and transferring calls when necessary

• Performing data entry tasks and managing email correspondence

• Providing professional and prompt customer service to all customers

• Working collaboratively with a team of three other representatives

• Handling occasional walk-ins, providing information and assistance as needed

• Maintaining a positive and problem-solving mentality to effectively handle customer inquiries and issues.

Requirements • Proficiency in handling and responding to inbound customer calls

• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role

• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experience

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Proficiency in managing email correspondence with customers

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer queries simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems and practices

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
