Civil Site Engineer - Indianapolis, IN

We are actively hiring a Civil Site Engineer on the North side of Indianapolis, IN! This person will work with a multi-disciplinary firm to plan, design, and manage Infrastructure Construction projects. This team directly supports the local community through projects related to Public Safety, Aesthetic Design, Environmental Responsibility, and Innovation. As such, this person must possess a positive attitude and ambition to lead responsible development. This person will also have the chance to utilize and develop a broad range of skills through their experiences in the office, in the field, and in various stages of the Project Lifecycle. Job Responsibilities:

• Meet, work, and collaborate with Project Stakeholders (Engineers, Contractors, Owners) to ensure detailed understanding of scope and objective of project.

• Support Projects within Site Development, Drainage, Stormwater, and occasionally Transportation for Municipal clients (counties, cities, towns).

• Develop Site, Utility, and Infrastructure Engineering Construction Plans and Specifications.

• Understand and develop Project Requirements, Constraints, and Objectives.

• Adhere to Project Schedule with Pre-Approval of any scheduling changes.

• Utilize AutoCAD or Civil 3D for detailed design.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-Accredited University

• 3+ Years of Experience within Civil Site Design

• Experience using AutoCAD or Civil 3D

• Preferred - P.E. License

Compensation:

• Starting salary is somewhat negotiable, as this team is flexible depending specifically on a candidate's relevant experience.

• Target salary range is approximately $85,000/year to $100,000/year.
