Honeywell Field Service Technician II in Indiana

As a Field Service Technician II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers. You will travel extensively to customer sites, ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of our products. Your expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to the success of our field service operations. You will report directly to our Lead Field Technician, and you'll work across the states of Indiana and Kentucky.

This role requires 100% travel throughout the week and may require travel in support of other projects. Lodging, transportation, meals, and work-related expenses will be covered by Honeywell. In this role, you will impact the success of our customers by delivering high-quality service and support. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform equipment installations and upgrades, and provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of Honeywell products

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

  • Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records of service visits and customer interactions

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Experience as a Field Service Technician in a similar role

  • Valid US Driver's License

  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to travel extensively and work independently

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

  • Experience with Honeywell products or similar technologies

  • Certifications in relevant technical areas

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
