Job Description
- Responsible for supporting HR functions in a 3 shift non union manufacturing operation
- Will be over employee relations, attendance, disciplinary, working with 3rd party staffing firms, onboarding, drug testing, and time cards
- Will work and coach supervisors and be a HR business partner to the leadership team
Key Requirements
- Strong HR leadership experience out of Manufacturing
- 4+ years of experience
- Bachelor of Science is preferred but not required
