JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

​ ​ You are directly involved with leading change and making sure our factory stays World Class, which means zero defects, zero waste, and zero performance losses . As the Senior Process Engineer, you will utilize your full range of Continuous Improvement methods and tools to identify , prioritize, and eliminate factory losses working autonomously or with cross functional partnership.

  • ​ Demonstrate strong troubleshooting capabilities with process and packing equipment

  • ​ Responsible for the improvement of waste and performance metrics for two or more production lines

  • ​ Increase stability of the production line to support our vision from traditional line teams to a semi-autonomous team

  • ​ Prioritize projects through data stratification of factory downtime and waste data

  • ​ Identify growth and savings opportunities within the factory and develop business cases around them

  • ​ Manage small projects from ideation through implementation

  • ​ Work closely with operators and maintenance team during continuous improvement activities and act as the technical trainer when needed

  • ​ Any other responsibilities as needed ​

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

    Experiences & Qualifications

  • ​ ​ 3-5 years in Packaging Project Management or Continuous Improvement experience required

  • ​ BS in an engineering field

  • ​ Experience in FMCG/CPG ( nice to have )

  • ​ Demonstration of WCM or Lean Manufacturing methodology

  • ​ Basic knowledge of electrical circuits ( nice to have )

  • ​ Familiar with controls and automation with Rockwell PLCs ( nice to have ) ​

Pay: The pay range for this position is $84,400 to $126,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
