[Summary]

Janssen Vaccine, Incheon site is recruiting for an Analyst QC Lab Service, located in Incheon, Korea.

This role encompasses eLIMS and Empower system administration (e.g. master data management, troubleshooting) in connection with laboratory testing activities in GMP environment.

[Responsibilities]

  1. QC SUMMIT/Training Administrator

a) Process QC SUMMT users daily requests (curriculum/quiz update, etc.)

b) Support SUMMT system troubleshooting

  1. Manage/coordinate relevant projects, routine tasks and issues along with system SMEs (e.g. eLIMS, Empower)

  2. Empower Site Administrator

a) Manage local data projects (methods, configuration, custom fields, etc.)

b) Process site user requests for daily business (e.g. method modification, project creation)

c) Support system troubleshooting

d) Develop/validate custom field for automated calculation and interfacing with eLIMS(enterprise Laboratory Information Management System)

  1. eLIMS Site Administrator

a) Manage Master data and Dynamic data of eLIMS

b) Process site user requests for daily business (e.g. MD/Dynamic data update, user management)

c) Support system troubleshooting

d) Project execution for paperless laboratory (iLAB, LME)

  1. Engage in Digitalization projects for QC laboratory

  2. Maintain and improve relevant process

Role as site contact point with global organization

[Requirements]

  1. Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in biology/chemistry or related field is required

  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in QC laboratory

  3. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and dedication to meeting timeline is required

  4. Good communication / coordination skills along with multiple stakeholders

  5. Agility to plan and prioritize

  6. Be motivated and self-driven; able to work independently and in agile, dynamic team environment

  7. Experience in Empower and/or eLIMS system

  8. Fluent both in written and spoken English
