The production planner is responsible for managing the scheduling and timeliness of the production process to ensure the company meets all deadlines. Their duties include managing material and equipment availability, scheduling production and monitoring the production process for problems.

This position reports to the material management manager and is part of the production planning group located Ami-machi, Inashiki-gun, Ibaraki prefecture and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

· Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules.

· Estimating the amount of material, equipment, and labor required for production.

· Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.

· Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.

· Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.

· 発注書を評価し、適切な生産スケジュールを作成する

· 生産に必要な材料、設備、労働力の量を見積もる。

· 生産の遅れを最小限に抑えるため、生産に関する問題に迅速に対処し、解決する。

· 材料、労働力、設備の利用可能性に応じて生産作業を調整すること。

The essential requirements of the job include:

· Diploma certification or equivalent

· Three years or more of experience of production planning or inventory management in a manufacturing company.

· A person who has foundation for an understanding of ERP (SAP) system

· Strong communication skills.

· Strong analytical skills

· 大学卒業または同等の資格

· 製造会社で生産管理、在庫管理いずれかにおいて3年以上の経験がある

· ERP(SAP)システムの知識

· 高いコミュニケーション能力

· 高い分析能力

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

· Building a good relationship with direct labors and sales division.

· Being aggressive and passionate.
