The production Line leader is responsible for managing a manufacturing team. The primary goal is to properly organize staff members, achieve a reasonable workflow throughout the day and ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in a profitable manner. The successful candidate will have the ability to solve problems on their own initiative. This position will also include directing, training, and assisting lower-level manufacturing employees in a factory setting. You can develop a career as a production shop floor supervisor at Pall in the future.

製造部ラインリーダーは生産ラインの管理を担当する仕事です。オペレータを適切に組織すること、日々の業務が適切に行われるように業務プロセスを管理すること、生産プロセスが効率よく、高品質の製品を確実に製造できるようにすることが主な目的となります。ラインリーダーは自発的に問題を解決する能力が必要となります。また、製造部オペレータの指導、トレーニング、およびサポート業務も含まれます。将来的には、Pallで製造現場のスーパーバイザーとしてキャリアを積むことができます。

This position is part of the production division of Nihon Pall Manufacturing Ltd. and will be located in Ami-machi, Inashiki-gun, Ibaraki prefecture. The work schedule is 3-shift.

茨城県稲敷郡阿見町に所在する、日本ポール製造株式会社の製造部門で勤務します。勤務体系は3交代制です。

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

· Ensure that the team members adhere to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, 5S, guidelines, rules, and regulations.

· Communicate with team members to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time.

· Provide the high quality training to the newly hired production operators so that they can follow the standard works of manufacturing process and meet the requirement as a production operator.

· チームメンバーが、会社および工場の安全プログラム、5S、ガイドライン、規則および規制の最高基準を遵守することを確実にします。

· チームメンバーとコミュニケーションをとり、無駄な時間を最小限に抑えながら、高品質な製品を継続的に生産できるようにします。

· 製造工程の標準作業を遵守し、製造オペレータとしての要件を満たすために、新規採用の製造オペレータに質の高い教育を提供します。

The essential requirements of the job include:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Knowledge and usage of basic PC, ability to read and comprehend product drawings and written work instructions.

· Experience in a production line leader, or trainer providing OJT to newly hired production operators.

· 高等学校卒業以上、又は同等以上。

· PCの知識と使用方法、製品図面や作業指示書を読んで理解する能力。

· 製造ラインのリーダーの経験、又は新人OJTのトレーニングを実施した経験。

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

· 1+ year of work experience as a production line leader in manufacturing plant

· 3+ year of experience in using Microsoft office.

· 製造工場における製造ラインリーダーとして1年以上の実務経験。

· Microsoft Officeの使用経験3年以上。
