Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist with gap analysis business process redesign roadmap planning and developing proof of concepts
Prepare detailed specifications and construct business workflows in AEM Forms
Mentors team members on product knowledge
Works with appropriate team members to achieve successful project completion
Build Adaptive and HTML5 forms in AEM Forms Design and develop non interactive PDF XFA based forms for a document of record
Install and Configure core code bundles for AEM related projects
Develop AEM templates and components leveraging AEM Sightly framework
Implement, employ and monitor strong coding standards for efficiency, readability and reuse
Build AEM forms components (AEM Forms, OSGi, workflow Development)
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Min 6 years of IT experience
Experience with AEM Forms and building Adaptive Forms
Advanced functional knowledge of document creation and delivery processes e.g. data acquisition, formatting, print, electronic delivery, archival imaging, fulfilment processes
3 years of Architecture experience on AEM assets sites 6.4, 6.5 Cloud and AEM as Cloud Service
Minimum 5 years of experience with AEM Forms 6.4, 6.5 Cloud Adaptive forms, adaptive documents, correspondence management
Minimum 5 years of software development experience on Java J2EE platform as it relates to AEM
Experience working with AEM Document Services such as Output Doc Assurance, Encryption, Reader Extension, Signature Assembler, Document Security etc
A demonstrated Adobe AEM Forms working knowledge on using LiveCycle Designer as related to designing forms and rules
Experience on adaptive form designs interactive communication creating templates and automated workflows
Experience in Configuring AEM Forms for deployment post installation
Experience and expertise in JavaScript, Java, REST API, JSON, XSD, XML, PDF, Database
Solid understanding of Content Repositories
Logical and analytical problem solving skills
Excellent client delivery approach with a Can do/will do attitude
