WatchPAT®️ is commercially available within major markets including the U.S., Japan, and Europe, and is the leading home sleep apnea test in the U.S. ZOLL Itamar's corporate headquarters, research and development and manufacturing are located in Israel with U.S. headquarters based in Atlanta, GA.Job TypeOn-SiteJob SummaryThe position includes work in several areas of responsibility: Import/export and interfaces to the sales team, and Production planning (PP&C) and inventory management.Essential Functions

  • Lead and provide solutions regarding import/export processes (familiarity with relevant stakeholders in the market), including managing the import/export coordinator.

  • Responsibility for optimal pricing for shipments (creating price lists), maintaining contact with the sales representatives of transportation providers, tracking and controlling transportation costs, and approving invoices.

  • Monitor, maintain, and ensure compliance with import/export standards (updating and periodic signing), including communication with customs authorities.

  • Act as the point of contact for sales teams in operations (inventory status, supply plans, and special requests).

  • Tasks related to material planning and production, including initiation and updating, maintenance, and tracking of reports (production, inventory, etc.).

  • Write manuals for processes in operations.

  • Other various tasks as required from time to time, within the scope of responsibility of the logistics and planning team.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree Engineer/industrial and management engineer or a relevant degree in the fields of logistics required

  • 5 years of experience in the Import/export field (experience in the medical device - an advantage) required

  • Experience in PP&C - an advantage

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Background in Salesforce – an advantage
