National Salvage & Service Corporation, a nationwide industry leader, is seeking a Project Manager for our railroad division.
Railroad experience is a must. In this role, you'll foster and maintain key relationships while working within established guidelines. Every day brings the chance to meet and collaborate with diverse groups of people.
Please note: This is not a remote position. Travel to various project sites across the country is required.

Essential Job Functions:
Communicate, coordinate and collaborate with customers, corporate offices, and employees regularly
Proofing reports, while working with data for accuracy
Planning & optimizing resources with scheduling
Formulate and complete formal bids
Build reports referencing data for direct feed into invoicing and production schedules
Deep knowledge in leadership development within the railroad division.
Qualifications:
Railroad experience required
Action-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills
Enthusiastic leadership skills
Knowledge with GPS locations, Google Maps, and geographical directions, and comprehension of railroad track profiles
Ability to multitask with ease
Strong understanding of assigned work area
Ability to quickly plan in response to changing conditions
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Physical Requirements: stand, walk, climb, bend, twist, move throughout the day, use hands in repetitive motions, drive for long periods of time, repeat same movements, exposed to all weather elements.
