Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages training of fabrication employees to ensure proper job qualifications are met
Manages training metrics of all management & support functions
Oversees floor trainers
Performs employee investigations
Cross functional HR duties (i.e.- knowledge of benefits, FMLA, recruiting etc.)
Other Duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Team oriented
Strong communication skills
Bilingual preferred
Previous training experience
High School Diploma or GED required
College degree preferred
