Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage with users through interviews, surveys, and testing to uncover their unique needs and challenges in the healthcare landscape, enabling us to design impactful solutions

  • Translates product, business and technical requirements into rich engaging member experiences

  • Craft intuitive prototypes and high-fidelity designs that not only resonate with users but also elevate their experiences, transforming complex healthcare problems into simple solutions

  • Partner with diverse teams of other designers, product managers, developers, and healthcare professionals to co-create and iterate on designs based on user feedback and technical constraints

  • Practice agile user-centered design process that prioritizes user needs and business goals

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Design, Human - Computer Interaction (HCI), a related discipline, OR up to 4 years of relevant work experience

Key Skills:

  • User-Centric Research: solid ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to take data informed design decisions that truly resonate with their needs

  • Prototyping Skills: Proficient in creating rapid wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma, transforming concepts into tangible experiences that users can interact with

  • Visual Acumen: With a keen eye for composition, typography, and visual balance, you’ll craft designs that are not only functional but also visually captivating, making each interaction a delight

  • Effective Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for working effectively within cross-functional teams. You have a knack for storytelling, enabling you to effectively convey your research methods and insights to stakeholders with clarity and impact

  • Empathy: a profound ability to understand the emotions and experiences of patients, allowing for the creation of compassionate, user-centered designs that truly address their unique healthcare journeys and challenges

  • Outcome-Driven Mindset: A solid capability to demonstrate how design decisions impacted users and business outcomes, ensuring that every choice contributes to meaningful impact and success
