Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes business needs, documents requirements and translates needs into functional, non-functional and/or technical specifications Delivers requirements, performs analysis, and evaluates downstream business, systems, process, and/or organizational impacts

  • Able to conduct Scrum ceremonies

  • Provide support for Application Maintenance, New Development support

  • Resolve production issues by code debugging, analyze logs, perform reverse engineering to find the root cause and suggest permanent fix within SLA (Service Level Agreement)

  • Available for production deployments/troubleshooting during off hours/weekends

  • Plans and assists with oversight of testing processes and activities including defect identification and resolution

  • Analyzes charts and/or diagrams of the problem to be programmed and defines system requirements in terms of system capabilities

  • Assists in the development of project cost and benefit estimates to establish project worth including the development of alternative considerations

  • This will result in recommendations for the installation of new systems or equipment, or to change existing systems and equipmentChecks, instructs, assigns work, and otherwise functionally directs technical staff in order to achieve desired end-results on complex problems

  • Provides subject matter expert and operational support to internal business partners

  • Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • FSE Java, Kafka Steaming, API

  • 7+ years of experience with Java (FSE - Spring boot Apps)

  • 5+ years of experience with Big Data Tech Stack (Spark, Scala, Kafka Streaming, Unix)

  • 5+ years of experience with ETL Processing & BI Tools (Creation of Dashboards, Visualization using BI Tools)

  • 4+ years of experience with API (Kafka)

  • 3+ years of experience with Python

  • 3+ years of experience with CICD Tools, Dockers, Kubernetes (DevOps)

  • Solid experience of operating in a quickly changing environment and driving technological innovation to meet business requirement

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban principles

  • Proven track record of building relationships across cross-functional teams

  • Proven excellent time management, communication, decision making, and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of Airflow and TWSd batch jobs

  • Flexible to work in different shifts and ability to take the on-call responsibility in rotation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to GOLANG

  • Experience in the healthcare industry and Clinical systems

  • Experience with Rally/Agile tools

  • Exposure to Data Analytics

  • Ability to establish repeatable processes, best practices and implement version control software, automated testing and deployment
