We are a highly agile team, swiftly transitioning from ideas to experimentation, development, and deployment through continuous releases throughout the year.

We are currently seeking a skilled full stack engineer to join our dynamic and challenging journey. This role involves collaborating with us to develop superior UX, data and backend features, directly contributing to Bing’s revenue. As a member of the Bing Growth team, you will be at the forefront of our products and features, utilized by millions daily. We innovate and implement cutting-edge methods in information retrieval, LLM, UX development, and distributed systems to tackle complex problems.

You will have access to extensive resources, including high-performance distributed systems with vast amounts of raw and processed data from our logs and index, along with the tools to work with this data. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact not only on Microsoft’s online business but also on enhancing the search experience, enabling users to find the information they need. Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality software features with efficiency.

• Analyze A/B experiment results to make informed decisions regarding user impact.

• Understand user behaviors and metrics, derive insights from real traffic scorecards, and develop improvement plans.

• Generate new feature ideas to enhance user engagement through competitive analysis and user insights.

• Maintain and enhance service monitors and user dashboards, ensuring accurate tracking of user growth metrics.

• Collaborate effectively with peer engineers, designers, and program managers to maintain team agility.

• Partner with teams in different countries to achieve swift collaboration and agile development.

Qualifications

• 4 years software development experience preferably in UX and backend.

• Strong design and coding skills with the ability to learn new programming languages, tools, and design patterns.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Software Engineering, or related field
