Responsibilities

You will partner with key Azure platform teams to create products that enable customers to adopt Azure to host their network infrastructure and operations. Our market opportunity is huge, and our team is expanding

As a SWE you will contribute to the Nexus product vision and be responsible for architecting solutions ground-up

You will -

• Take features from ideation to successful global roll out

• Build automation to prevent and/or remediate service problems from becoming production incidents

• Leverage other data platforms (open source and within Microsoft) for building solutions

To thrive in this position, you should be a creative and analytical thinker, technical, and committed to excellence. Ability to lead complex projects with strong record of end-to-end delivery of high-quality products is a huge plus. You are willing to learn from our customers and your peers

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial software development

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field

• Experience in building, shipping and operating reliable, distributed systems software

• Ability to engage in site-reliability engineering practices

Preferred Qualifications :

• Ability to learn and grasps concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Great problem-solving skills and outstanding drive for results

• Commitment to collaboration and teamwork and ability to deliver via influence

• Self-starter, who proactively identifies problems and drives for resolution

• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, helm charts

• Experience with Golang, .NET and c# is a great advantage

• Experience with automation pipelines is added advantage

• Experience with private cloud technologies such as OpenStack and VMWare

• Advanced technical degree (MS/PhD) is a plus
