Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities:
Hands-on coding experience in one Object-Oriented Programming language (Java, JavaScript, C#, or Python).
Strong focus on designing efficient, scalable solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Independently investigate, propose options, and implement new functionalities or re-architect existing solutions to address growth.
Collaborate effectively with development teams, product management, and UX to deliver new product offerings while maintaining existing ERP functionality.
Design mid-scale systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across all levels.
Validate and certify peer engineers' work to maintain high-quality standards.
Develop and execute test plans and test cases; design test automation for unit, functional, performance, and scalability testing.
Experience working on web and web services projects with a focus on distributed systems.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of software development experience with a proven track record of technical decision-making
5+ years of experience preferably in JavaScript or any similar Object Oriented languages (Java, C#, or Python).
2+ years of SQL database experience with expertise in database-driven applications.
In-depth knowledge of modern web applications, covering the full stack from database to browser.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficient system design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both technical and non-technical.
Experience mentoring and coaching developers to foster continuous growth.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
