Primary Responsibilities:

• End-to-end development and support application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software in a systematic method

• Build quality into every output

• Evaluate new tools, new techniques, and strategies

• Automate common tasks

• Build common utilities to drive organizational efficiency with a passion around technology and solutions and influence of thought and leadership on future capabilities and opportunities to apply technology in new and innovative ways

• Code React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript-based web applications

• Write and optimize MongoDB queries, create collections, functions, triggers, and indexes

• Participate in daily Scrum meetings and deliver assigned tasks within the specified timelines, meeting team goals

• Role-sharing in the team as and when the demand arises

• Translate requirements into technical specifications

• Provide explanations and interpretations within the area of expertise

• Work with business segments to better define project requirements for development and implementation

• Work with minimal guidance; seek guidance on only the most complex tasks

• Analyze and investigate

• Translate concepts into practice

• Mentor the team

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• Experience with systems such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Team City, Terraform, etc.

• 5 years of experience with full stack web application development in JavaScript/TypeScript

• 5 years of experience with React.js and Node.js

• 5 years of experience working with NoSQL databases (MongoDB)

• 3+ years of experience in software design, architecture, and programming

• 2+ years of REST or similar API development experience

• 2+ years of any JavaScript framework experience

• 2+ years of Agile delivery experience

• 1+ years of expertise in automating build processes, application deployments, and continuous integration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in React.js and Node.js

• Proven experience in Express.js and Next.js

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Solid understanding of Authentication and Authorization

• Real-time working knowledge about designing frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material-UI)

• Working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
