Position in this function is responsible for packaging, testing and deployment tasks for the enterprise and M&A. It will help us support App readiness/packaging for integrating entities & enterprise and MECM and vulnerability related tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform all phases of Software Packaging, including requirements analysis, Package design, development, and testing

  • Provide input into and/or create and execute user documentation and training material

  • Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment and recommend solutions as required

  • Understand MSI packaging best practices and standards

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience creating custom scripts to drive installs, uninstalls, custom actions and system management

  • Knowledge of Admin Studio and Install Shield

  • Knowledge of VB Script, PowerShell Script, WISE Script

  • Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Incidents handling

  • Basic knowledge on Deployment tools

  • Windows 10 OS (full knowledge of OS operations, File System Registry, Services and DLL's)

  • Understanding of standard packaging process and workflow

  • Understanding of MSI packaging best practices and standards

  • Excellent understanding of the configuration and function of MS Windows File System, Registry, Software Packaging and scripting skills to facilitate custom installation requirements

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot Packaging, Deployment and System issues

  • Proven self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized

  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to work as a team and. independently

  • Proven excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • MAC Packaging and OS experience

  • Experience in Windows 11 OS

  • Experience in the health care industry

  • Experience with AppSense profile and rights management products or equivalent

  • Knowledge of Group Policy & Active Directory

  • Knowledge of PowerShell, VBScript, and batch scripting languages

  • Knowledge of Software Packaging and Deployment for Citrix Servers

  • Knowledge on MECM (application deployment & troubleshooting)

  • Knowledge of Software Packaging Life cycle & application desktop Troubleshooting, Scripting Languages: AdminStudio, PowerShell, Wise, Knowledge on MECM deployments and troubleshooting

  • Proven ability to build automation tools that simplify and make the packaging process more efficient for packagers
