Oracle Senior Principle Fusion Middleware Engineer in HYDERABAD, India

Job Description

Influence the design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of Fusion Middleware technologies, including Oracle Financial Services Liquidity Risk Management (OFSLL), on Oracle Cloud infrastructure.

Ensure optimal performance and fault tolerance designs for Fusion Middleware systems, adhering to SLAs.

Collaborate extensively with developers to optimize applications leveraging Fusion Middleware components.

Assist in creating cloud implementation strategies and execution plans, including orchestration, specifically tailored for OFSLL deployments.

Develop automated solutions for proactive health checks and management of Fusion Middleware environments.

Implement CI/CD pipelines for Fusion Middleware-centric deployments following Agile methodologies.

Interact with customers and developers to address priority situations promptly.

Play a key role in the design of High Availability/Disaster Recovery solutions around Fusion Middleware technologies.

Engage with customers at executive and architect levels for any priority situations and react/respond in a timely manner.

Utilize Oracle Cloud Observability and Management technology to develop monitoring solutions for our customers, providing insights and building dashboards.

Collaborate with technical authorities across Oracle organizations to create scalable and reliable solutions for key customers.

Reliably communicate deep technical solutions to customer executives and internal stakeholders.

Participate in Performance, Scalability, and Reliability Analysis, including query tuning specific to Fusion Middleware environments.

Work with architects and development managers across Oracle product teams in requirements specification and detailed engineering analysis from a Fusion Middleware perspective.

Collaborate with technical authorities across Oracle organizations to create scalable and reliable solutions for key customers, with a focus on OFSLL administration and HA/DR design.

Career Level - IC5

Responsibilities

Minimum of 10+ years working experience in Fusion Middleware administration activities, including deployment, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, including Oracle SOA Cloud Service, ODI, OIC and Marketplace offerings.

Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or similar cloud providers, including key concepts like Compute, Storage, Networking, Security & Identity, and Databases.

Experience administering SOA OSB and OFSLL products.

Proficiency in WebLogic Server, WLST scripting, cluster topology administration, SSL keystore management, and application server hardening.

Expertise in automating IaaS and PaaS offerings using REST APIs and CLIs for Cloud Infrastructure.

Technical proficiency in Linux operating system and scripting.

Experience with zero downtime deployments and maintaining a high availability attitude.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead technical discussions with stakeholders at all levels.

Effective communication skills to convey technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience in Performance, Scalability, and Reliability Analysis specific to Fusion Middleware environments.

Ability to work with architects and development managers across Oracle product teams to define requirements and conduct detailed engineering analysis from a Fusion Middleware perspective.
