Primary Responsibilities:

• Adherence to the defined SSMO delivery process/guidelines like Problem Management, Incident Management, Change Management, SLA Compliance, productivity and other application goals, etc.

• Ensure a smooth and error free release. Ensuring defect free releases to enhance existing functionality

• Work with business partners to ensure appropriate prioritization for scheduled maintenance, including coordination of priorities across applications when required

• Coordinate with development team and ensure a smooth and error free release. Ensuring defect free releases to enhance existing functionality

• Ensure solutions align with business and IT goals/objectives

• Identify enhancements to improve supportability, operability, or performance of applications within the application group and develop a business case to support these enhancements

• Understand new product capabilities and break down their implementation into specific functional changes for verification

• Provides leadership to and is accountable for the performance of managers and/or senior level professional staff

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from recognized University

• 12+ years of overall IT experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in ASP .Net with hands on technologies .Net Core, ReactJs, SQL Server development, Azure service like AKS, ADF, APIM, Azure App Gateway, Azure App Insight, Azure Load Balancing, Azure KeyVault

• DevOps: 5+ years of working experience in set up or maintenance of CI / CD pipeline (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation)

• 4+ years of experience in using automated deployment and release management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins.

• 4+ years of experience of managing development delivery in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban

• API / Web Services: 4+ years of working experience in Web Services / API, REST Architecture, etc.

• Cloud: 4+ years of working experience in Multitenant Cloud application development / micro-services architecture and deployments on AWS / Azure

• Have real time experience in modernizing legacy application to modern tech stack

• Working experience of production support and good knowledge on ITSM processes Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Common security vulnerabilities, their causes and implementations to fix the same

• Experience of at least one application migration to Cloud platform

• Experience in managing large scale maintenance exercises, infrastructure or software upgrades, Business Continuity Plans, Disaster recovery exercises, Product Life Cycle Management - PLM

• Experience in designing and developing cloud based applications

• Experience on optimizing Infra cost of application and streamline the process

• Solid Formulary domain knowledge related to formulary Drug relationship, type, Expansion process, Rule set mappings and network setup

• Knowledge on Medispan, E-prescribing process related formulary coverage and alternative

• Knowledge on integrating formularies with multiple downstream/upstream applications

• Worked on or managed teams using full in-sprint automation or ATDD methodologies

• Worked in an Agile team and good understanding of Scrum / Kanban

• Well-versed with Engineering Practices and Agile environment

• Expert in emerging technologies. Broad based and in-depth knowledge of complex technologies, tools, methodologies, the enterprise and industry

• Proven excellent in design thinking and approach to solve business problem by applying suitable technologies (cost efficient, high performance, resilient and scalable)

• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and leverage them to execute on the use cases given to solve business problems

• Proven good oral and written communication Skills
