Oracle Senior Engineer (WebLogic, OCI, Banking) in HYDERABAD, India

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Middleware environment administration (Install, configure, migrations, tuning, patching, administration & monitoring) on any middleware platform such as Oracle.

Ensure the effective daily operation of the production / Middleware applications and provides administrative support for new implementations, upgrades, and migrations

Effective collaboration with infrastructure teams, application development teams, testing and release teams

Identify and quickly escalate potential issues with solution design, packaged software, client resources, or anything else that impacts your ability to deliver according to expectations

Required Knowledge & skills:

A minimum of 4+ years hands-on experience in Infrastructure installation, configuration and support with emphasis on Middleware Infrastructure

Experience in provisioning and maintaining environments in any cloud platform like Oracle, Azure, AWS or Google

Administering WebLogic servers.

Administering Oracle SOA Suite.

Strong knowledge of Unix and experience in shell scripting

Working knowledge of Database Server products

Desired Skills:

Exposure and Experience to WLST scripting is desired

Experience in any banking products administration like Flexcube, OBDX, OFSLL., OFSAA

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate Certified

Exposure and Experience on OMC

Exposure and Experience Configuring and Administering Oracle Integration Cloud

Responsibilities

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

3-5 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively.

Both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience 8 years related experience prior to taking this position. In addition, experience with Oracle's core products, applications, and tools.
