Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Data scientists with a solid foundation in Machine learning and Generative AI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and building AI systems and  If you are a passionate and innovative Data Scientist who thrives in a collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply and join our team of talented professionals.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust AI/ML solutions for various business problems and use cases.

• Work with large, complex data sets, solving difficult, non-routine analysis problems with advanced data science methods.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand the requirements and deliver value.

• Applies (or develops if necessary) tools and pipelines to efficiently collect, clean, and prepare massive volumes of data for analysis.

• Transforms problems into analysis plans for data telemetry, metrics, predictive modelling, reporting, and experimentation. Communicates and gets alignment on analytics priorities.

• Responsible for designing and developing AI systems, including machine learning algorithms and Generative AI systems. Also responsible for testing andvalidating the accuracy and reliability of AI models, ensuring that they perform in line with business requirements and expectations.

• Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies in the field of AI/ML and Generative AI.

• Establish and promote best practices, standards, and guidelines for MLOPs implementation.

• Mentor and coach junior AI/ML engineers and data scientists on Azure.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling, or data engineering work on Azure

• OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling or data engineering

• OR equivalent experience

• Foundation of statistical modelling , machine learning algorithms, experimental design, neural networks and Generative AI.

• Data visualization skills to be able to present insights that drive business impact on Azure.

• Proficiency in Python/Java/C++,Spark,Semantic kernel /Langchain and other tools for AI/ML development.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and Keras

• Experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other Azure services and tools for AI/ML would be a plus.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications

OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modelling or data engineering work

OR equivalent experience.

• 4+ years of experience in

• Foundation of statistical modelling , machine learning algorithms, experimental design, neural networks/ Generative AI..

• Proficiency in Python/Java/C++,Spark,Semantic kernel /Langchain and other tools for AI/ML development.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and Keras

Non-Technical skills

• Problem solving - Ability to clearly understand problems, decompose them into smaller problems; and technical articulation skills so that it is easy for the team to collectively solve.

• Ability to work both independently and collectively in a fun team environment with minimal supervision.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• High capacity to learn and adapt to new technologies and engineering processes quickly.
