As part of Technology and Lifecycle team, he/she will be involved in various topics related with digital transformation that is part of ISHIFT program and overall Sanofi technology implementations. He/she will get assigned to different project tasks and will have the opportunity to develop technical and functional knowledge with the support other team members and projects colleagues and have exposure to various aspects of work in international organization and very large program and outside it.

We are seeking a skilled Automation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong programming capabilities, expertise in low-code/no-code applications, and experience with automation frameworks like SAP Build or similar tools. Additionally, experience with SAP Event Mesh and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is highly desirable. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with business stakeholders to understand and implement process automation requirements.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In the context of the ISHIFT Project and wider SAP platform domain, the main duties of the SAP Automation expert are:

• Process Automation Development:

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms such as SAP Build (Apps, RPA, Workzone) or Process Runner.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Programming and Scripting:

• Utilize programming and scripting skills to enhance and customize automation workflows.

• Develop and maintain code to support automation initiatives and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

• Business Process Analysis:

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for automation.

• Engage with business units to gather detailed requirements and understand their automation needs.

• Solution Design and Implementation:

• Design and implement scalable automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

• Ensure solutions are aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

• SAP Event Mesh and CPI:

• Utilize SAP Event Mesh to facilitate real-time event-driven architecture and communication between SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Implement integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) to connect various systems and automate data flows.

• Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows.

• Documentation and Training:

• Create comprehensive documentation for automation processes and solutions.

• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on implemented automation solutions.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external partners.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment on automation projects.

• Innovation and Best Practices:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in process automation and low-code/no-code development.

• Bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team to drive continuous improvement.

• Project Management:

• Lead and manage automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

• Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and ensure successful implementation of automation solutions.
