Job Title: Sales Management Analyst
About the Role:
As a CBRE Sales Management Analyst, you will provide advanced administrative support to a large office.This job is part of the Sales Operations function. This role is responsible for processing data entry and marketing requests submitted by the Advisory business.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and submit ad-hoc expense reports.
Design and publish property listing brochures and property sale announcements.
Create, modify and/or enhance existing site plans and floor plans.
Ensure client messaging is in alignment with company branding. Review marketing templates and approve creative.
Respond to escalated inquiries and provide information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality.
Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area with limited supervisory approval.
Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with 3-5 years of job-related experience.
Experience with Adobe InDesign or Illustrator is a plus.
An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
Requires intermediate critical thinking skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
