JOB PURPOSE
AP Manager is the Point of S2V/P2P accountability in front of CHC stakeholders locally.
AP Manager ensures that optimized processes are implemented locally.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Operational
Ensure business continuity & deliver the operations without disruption.
Lead the implementation of the Core Model locally in coordination with Global Head of Core model.
Responsible for purchase order processing and coordination.
PR to PO process knowledge.
Conduct regular vendor audits, address any non-compliance issues, and work with suppliers to improve their performance.
Ensure that purchasing policies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality, and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.
Oversee corporate travel operations and expenses within the respective region by ensuring regional compliance with the Global Travel and Events Procedure.
Timely and accurate processing & payment of expense claims in accordance with company policy.
Month end reporting, responsible for payment release & approvals and other day to day task.
Adherence and compliance to internal Bunge AP Polices for Accounting / Payment of vendor invoices.
Payment Processing of vendor invoices through automatic module and manual payments
Sound knowledge of P2P function & taxation (GST, TDS).
Ensure processes are fully documented, maintained and communicated. Reviewing and signing off DTP and ensuring DTP is updated Quarterly.
Provide support in innovation, simplification, standardization.
Ensure that local procedures are formalized, updated and in line with the Global policies, standards and guidance and verify that procedures are adequately approved and communicated
Work on internal and external audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Leadership
Point of S2V accountability in front of CHC stakeholders locally
Build strong Business Partnering and maintain stakeholder relationships (e.g with Business end users, Procurement, Legal, GBS and Finance)
Strengthen relationships with other regions through both solid governance as well as informal and formal networking,
Collect business pain points and set up improvement projects/actions.

Command of English and local language mandatory
Background
8+ years of experience in P2P/S2V processes.
Knowledge of Sanofi organization
Project leadership skills and project management expertise with an experience of implementing SAP and/or P2P tools is a plus.
Experience of working in a Global Business Services environment
