The RCM Business Support Analyst role will drive and support maintenance and reconciliation activities related to new and existing BOOST customer contracts. These responsibilities span multiple systems: Salesforce, ModMedPM (sysadmin), and Google Suite. This position will report to the Sr. Manager, RCM Global Operations, and be based in our ModMed India office. As the RCM team continues to grow and mature, this role will report to Manager- RCM QOI directly.

Your Role:

  • Perform data reconciliation and support the resolution of discrepancies. This can come in the form of a case being assigned to the BOOST Business Operations queue, a tag within Salesforce chatter, or working via Slack with various teams.

  • Typically, but not limited to, reconciliation is performed on opportunities with incorrect quote details such as missing or invalid RCM Rate, RCM Minimum, Provider counts, SaaS Waivers, No calculated minimum, and one-time fees

  • Review all net new deals from BOOST Sales and compare quotes/opportunity fields to the signed contract

  • Maintain accurate customer contract records by updating contract fields displayed on the BOOST record. IE renewal date, intent notice date, etc.

  • Meet with internal teams to resolve misalignment in customer accounts

  • Sysadmin updates for churn

  • SSO Maintenance: 1. Clients go-lives (Weekly) 2. URL Changes (As needed)

  • UAT testing of system changes that may impact the integrity of BOOST customer contract data

  • BOOST customer account audits comparing the contract to the opportunity within Salesforce (As needed)

Skills & Requirements:

  • Require bachelors educations preferably business analytics or in similar field

  • 5+ years of experience in the below mentioned fields

  • Customer Invoicing

  • Customer Contracting

  • Data Analytics

  • Strong English written and verbal communication

  • Able to work in US time zone
