Amazon Program Manager III, Netops Control Tower in Hyderabad, India

Description

The Network Operations- Control Tower team in Hyderabad is looking for innovative, hands-on and customer-obsessed Program Manager. This position will drive process improvements and change management for programs related to capacity and customer experience in EU Middle Mile Nodes. A successful candidate will have experience managing large and complex projects with bias for action needed in a startup environment.

Successful candidates will be:

Natural self-starters and quick learners who are comfortable leading complex projects.

Experienced managing large data sets involving making hypotheses, accessing and prepping data and drawing actionable insights.

Capable of fast-paced decision making and interface regularly with executive leadership.

Great verbal and written communication skills to influence your stakeholders and manage expectations

Key job responsibilities

Build strong partnership with Upstream Program Teams to identify impact of new business initiatives and successfully integrate and deploy them onsite.

Drive network level excellence by designing and implementing systems, metrics and programs that maximize compliance, productivity and continuous improvement.

Engage other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end to end outcomes for Amazon customers.

Work with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems

Support to improve the vision, content, and delivery of standard work

Analyze and solving operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
