Google Product Manager, Enterprise Security Platform in Hyderabad, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

  • 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with platform development.

  • Experience with Enterprise Software.

  • Experience with Cybersecurity.

  • Experience with AI product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

The team is responsible for defending the company against various threats and utilizing AI in combination with advanced threat intelligence to prevent, detect, and respond to attacks.

The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across Google’s products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.

  • Identify product solutions to user needs.

  • Define extensions and new product offerings based on user feedback analysis and product requirements gathering.

  • Identify and recommend creative ways to improve on solutions to defined product problems.

  • Work with engineers, user experience peers, other product managers and cross-functional partners across Google for integration and collaboration and are viewed as a technical peer within the group.

  • Build knowledge of the user research, log analysis, and user feedback to refine details of product specifications.
