Peoplesoft Functional Lead Business Analyst
Experience:8-10 years
Location: Hyderabad
Required Skills:
Experience with full life cycle PeopleSoft Implementation, Support, Enhancements projects.
Good understanding of PeopleSoft applications with strong knowledge on Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Cash Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger
Hands on experience in the latest version of PeopleSoft 9.2
Strong SQL skills is a must
Willing to work in shifts (morning/afternoon)
Responsibilities:
Experience in Requirement gathering, functional solution, defining new business process, fit/gap analysis and resolutions, creating functional designs, conducting CRP’s
Understand Business terminology and ability to talk directly to customer on Business Requirements
Ability to provide solutions for new requirements from business users
Experience with writing functional designs and testing for interfaces, customizations and coordinating with technical teams
Must have done 2 or more project implementations in PeopleSoft or part of multi module support
Excellent communication skills
