Education:

• Post-secondary education

• IT-related degree

• Relevant technical training and/or direct work experience

Experience:

• Experience in supporting ATM- or POS-driving platforms or transaction (EFT) processing switches.

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Level 2-3 payments technical support & implementation.

• Experience with payments framework maintenance and operations.

• Experience with databases, writing SQL queries and using stored procedures.

• Experience with the crypto, security and compliance regulations that applies to transaction processing.
