Google Operations Manager, Scaled Service Delivery in Hyderabad, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in agreements negotiation and management, identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with the technical cross-functional teams to drive these changes.

  • Experience in leading Annual planning, Budgeting and forecasting, Data Analysis and extracting insights from data, identify trends, and uncover patterns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements based on data-driven insights.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma.

  • Experience in technical operations, supplier/vendor management, or service delivery management.

  • Experience in project or program management, setting up and executing projects and operational processes.

  • Experience developing and managing relationships with stakeholders.

  • Experience in tracking and analysis of operational trends in process/workflow performance to implement improvements and efficiency scoring frameworks.

  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Drive technical operations with supplier/internal partners by contributing to operational leadership to the workflow and engaging service provider teams to ensure supplier/internal teams are operating effectively.

  • Ideate, launch, and scale solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and/or success metrics (e.g., cost savings, capacity planning, time savings). Define new workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., contingent workforce services), and set up pilots/operations.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes to meet business needs, improve efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the stakeholders and define key performance indicators that measure process efficiency, quality, performance, and effectiveness. Create dashboards and reports that clearly communicate process metrics, and areas for improvement.

  • Deliver business reviews and lead recurring meetings with internal stakeholders, and external partners to achieve business goals.
