UnitedHealth Group Manager Technical Project Management in Hyderabad, India
Primary Responsibilities:
Work on large scale program level process improvements all the way from idea origination to implementation/rollouts.
Have strong understanding of Agile Practices including velocity and story points calculations at team, program level
This role requires an individual who has implemented change management and worked on new structure implementation in program by collaborating with various teams within the program
Individual requires working knowledge on Rally (CA Agile Central) tool.
Individuals worked/utilized in various reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau etc.
Responsible for Rally/CA Agile Central tool (data extractions, pivot, data quality check) & general reporting using excel functions/formulas etc.
We are not looking for Agile coach but a program manager who has a strong strategy mindset and also worked on execution and implementation of the strategy across program with IT and business stakeholders.
Another aspect of this role is individual who worked on financial management across the program and showcased how they have effectively managed and governed fund allocations against budget using time tracking tool such as PPM Optics or similar.
Create Program, Projects financial tracking using PPM Optics financial or similar and resource hours tracking application
Ensure to follow guidelines imposed by USP program leads
Individual who is strong in Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Power point etc.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Required
4+ years of progressively responsible experience in IT program management
4+ years of working with all aspects of System Development Life Cycle
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency with MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
Experience with Rally (CA Agile Central)
SAFe Agile methodology experience is must
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification
Agile Certification
Healthcare Industry experience
Aha, and PPMO Optics experience
LeSS methodology knowledge is a plus but not required.
