Position Summary :-

The Data Execution and Services Manager oversees and leads initiatives for

compliant, timely and accurate supply chain data to support supply chain systems, processes, and objectives

Responsibilities:-

· Master Data Management (MDM) o Manage and ensure accuracy of appropriate training and supporting documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, etc) to execute processes. o Manage and analyze workflow data requests for compliance, accuracy, and completeness. o Execute data entry in key systems and oversee the end-to-end data management process. o Ensure all lead-time service levels are achieved while maintaining data integrity. o Design and drive user acceptance testing cycles for any system, data changes and/or disaster recovery efforts. o Support key business initiatives by assessing data impacts (system, process, stakeholder), overseeing the execution of data remediation when appropriate, and providing feedback as a data operations subject matter expert. o Educate team members, end users, and business leaders on MDM processes and the master data lifecycle to enable accurate, efficient, and timely quality processes and data.

Oversight:-

o Evaluate performance measures including data quality, process performance and system results vs defined targets and determines appropriate actions to improve. o Identify areas for data quality improvements and drive resolution of data quality issues through the appropriate corrective and preventive actions. o Continually seek and recommend process and system improvements aligning to strategic objectives. o Coordinate data extraction, organization, and analysis of the team KPIs. · Maintain understanding, align efforts and initiatives to enable company and department strategy/goals. · Support/drive department and company projects by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, delivering on assigned tasks, communicating status, and resolving issues as appropriate.

· Collaborate with data owners to create new and maintain existing data Standards. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Data Operations Tools. Perform data operations issue triage and resolution. · Train and advise team members on data standards to ensure all data management processes are adhering to the standards. · Develop knowledge of complex product data relationships throughout the

Required Competencies :-

· Self-directed with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, work independently and/or within a team, have a strong work ethic and high attention to detail. · Demonstrated leadership capability in managing projects, leading initiatives and teams, fostering a team-based environment to establish and maintain cooperative relationships. · Successfully operate with different organizational structures, operating cultures, and effective work styles to achieve results in a changing environment. · Demonstrated ability at: o Accurately identifying and summarizing trends and patterns. o Learning new systems, processes, procedures, business rules and consistently applying to data execution. o Proficiency in analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. o Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. o Negotiating and influencing in complex, high impact situations. · Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, principles, and practices. · Data management and governance processes knowledge. · Knowledge and exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), regulatory and environmental health and safety requirements. · Data management systems knowledge, ideally in the SAP toolset (i.e. ERP, MDM, MDG and Oracle).

Required Qualifications and desired experience :-

· Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Information/Technology Management, Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent. · Advanced degree, diploma, or certification (APICS CSCP or CPIM) in Data or Supply Chain Management preferred. · 5 years of experience with supply chain or enterprise data organization with experience in engaging multiple functional areas and business support

systems (manufacturing, regulatory, commercial, quality, etc.) with 2 years in a data management role desired. · 2 years of experience working in a regulated industry, pharmaceutical industry desired. · Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and process flowcharting.
