As the Capability Owner for the Sales Enablement Systems (SES) Global Center of Excellence, you will manage and execute projects, collaborate with stakeholders worldwide, and ensure successful Salesforce implementations. A Day in the Life

The LMS/LXP Administrator is a key role responsible for the effective management and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP) within the organization. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in technology, learning systems, and data analysis who can streamline processes, create templates, and support teams in utilizing the LMS/LXP to reduce workload and enhance the quality of data received. The LMS/LXP Administrator will work closely with the L&D Effectiveness team to provide insights on training effectiveness and ensure that the learning ecosystem aligns with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily management and operation of the LMS/LXP, ensuring system reliability, data integrity, and user accessibility.

Develop and maintain lean, efficient processes for course deployment, user management, and reporting within the LMS/LXP.

Stay updated on Deployment teams' challenges, identify patterns and prioritize requests for further improvements of the selected platform.

Design and implement templates and guidelines for course creation to standardize quality and facilitate ease of use for L&D teams.

Provide technical support and training to L&D teams and end-users, reducing their workload and enhancing user experience.

Upskill appropriate Deployment Team members to enable them to manage their daily activities in autonomy but fully integrated into the identified ecosystem.

Level 1 troubleshooter and liaison both with the internal and Platform’s SME to identify Level 2 troubleshooting criteria and sustainable processes

Collaborate with the L&D Effectiveness team to identify, gather and analyze training data, contributing to the assessment of training program impact and alignment with business objectives.

Recommend and implement enhancements to the LMS/LXP based on user feedback, usage data, and best practices in learning technology.

Challenge legacy customizations’ reason to exist when the new release of a platform enables us to move in a more standardized usage of the selected LMS/LXP.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of learning technologies and industry trends to ensure the LMS/LXP remains a cutting-edge tool for education and development.

In summary, the L&D effectiveness role is crucial in ensuring that training initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives. They use data and evaluation methods to drive continuous improvement in employee learning and development.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Educational Technology, or a related field.

Overall 9-13 Years of experience, minimum of 3 years of experience in LMS administration or a similar role.

Strong technical skills with experience in LMS/LXP platforms, data analysis, and reporting tools (experience on the Totara LXP system is a plus).

Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail.

Proven track record of creating lean processes and effective templates for learning systems.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support and train diverse teams.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Innovative and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Familiarity with learning and development strategies and measuring training effectiveness.
