ADP Incentive Compensation - Standard 154897 in Hyderabad, India

The job profile demands timely and accurate administration of Incentive Compensation, including all aspects of monthly commission and bonus payments for sales associates. Interact with sales, sales management, HR, Corporate Compensation and Oracle support to research and resolve complex compensation related issues and questions. Should be well versed with MS Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Must be able to review and analyze and interpret information obtained through multiple systems, policy documents and functional areas to proactively identify areas of concern or address escalations and determine the appropriate course of action. Create and review numerouse reports to ensure proper adherence to policy. Perform and/or evaulate monthly sales audits to ensure proper valuation and adherence to stated policies. Review and interpret exceptions ensuring all aspects of valuation have been considered, load appropriate adjustments to the compensation systems. Sales Compensation is a derivative of Order Entry and Billing and therefore requires a well versed knowledge of those processes to determine proper course of action to correct sale payment. Utilize Salesforce.com to respond to client inquiries with a focus on thorough explanation of issue and resolution ensuring Stellar Service with below roles and responsibilities and is not limited to: • Provide solution to day to day sales/service requests • Adhere to timelines and quality agreements (SLAs) • Provide support for escalation/high priority deals under defined and stringent • timelines • Accurately calculate and review monthly Employer Services and TotalSource audits • Respond to sales inquiries from email or salesforce.com within service level agreement of 24 hours • Identify areas of client dissatisfaction and ensure manage ##LI-DNI

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A, B.Sc., B.E., B.Tech. etc.) – Required Master’s Degree (MBA – Finance/Marketing) – Preferred but not mandatory Basic Requirements: • 5-10 years of related work experience • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Ability to deliver under high level of ambiguity • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to work in a matrix organization • Team player, acts with a sense of urgency and can work cross functionally across different teams • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and requirements • Expertise with MS Excel and software tools like Oracle, CRM (Clarify/SIEBEL) • Intermediate experience with MS Access Preferred Requirements: • Experience of having worked in a CoE environment • Experience in an operational/analytical role • Organized and able to work independently • Familiarity with financial metrics and calculations • Experience with relational database programs/querying tools is an added advantage
