Job Title: HR Reporting and Quality Consultant
You Will Be Part of Growing Team
HR Reporting and Data Insights is a global team tasked with supporting the Reporting and Data Insights needs of the HR Function. Our team is comprised of members from multiple regions which results in a diverse slate of experiences and skillsets that we use to serve our customers.
Job responsibilities
Configure, schedule and maintain custom reports and dashboards delivered to end-users across a variety of HRIS platforms including Workday, SAP- and ADP-based payroll systems, ServiceNow, and others
Deliver ad-hoc reports and analyses in a timely fashion, with care for sensitive data and security
Develop special reports, charts, graphs, spreadsheets, etc. necessary for management reporting, auditing, or forecasting
Ensure that data quality is high by performing out regular quality exercises; automating these audits where possible
Assist with responding to clients’ data interpretation queries
Trouble-shoot reporting issues and act as a first line of support for all HR reporting queries
Maintain documentation to the respective assigned reports and tasks
Identify opportunities to automate / streamline standard reports and reporting tasks
Most importantly, this job is all about driving our People Analytics journey forward! You will be directly contributing to the tasks and projects that ensure our Human Resources data is accurate and delivered to stakeholders to enable date-driven decision making.
Location:Corteva Global Service Center, Hyderabad, India
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Information Management, Business, or related subject required
3+ years of HR operations experience building and/or extracting reports from HRIS and HCM systems, incl. Workday, SAP/ADP and ServiceNow
Should have worked in a HR Shared services environment.
Significant experience in Microsoft Excel using formulas and data analysis tactics, with exposure or experience building Microsoft PowerBI dashboards preferred
