We are currently hiring for the position of “Operations Manager” who can join us immediately for our Hyderabad location.
Do you have a passion to work for a US healthcare company located in Florida, USA? Harmony United Medsolutions PVT. LTD is looking for a Operations Manager to add to our growing practice group to provide services for US based healthcare company, Harmony United Psychiatric Care.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis, vendor, and risk management.
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Works closely with CEO on other special planning and departmental projects.
Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and implementing change control processes.
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Manage budgets and forecasts
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Stays up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology.
Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory-based best practices.
Experience:
No Experience Required. On Job Training will be provided.
Education:
Master's Degree from IIM or Bachelor’s Degree from IIT (Required)
Your schooling must be from an English Medium School. (Required)
• No Cab Facility Available.
• Fixed Night Shift: 5:30 pm to 4:30 am
• Working Days: 4 days (Monday thru Thursday)
• Week Off: 3 days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
