Requirements:

• Strong foundation in AI/ML algorithms, with experience in generative AI techniques such as Large Language Models (LLMs).

• 3+ years of experience in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch for developing ML models.

• 1+ years of experience in a Generative AI environment, focusing on application development in Gen AI.

• Basic knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) for text generation or language modeling.

• Ability to design and implement scalable and efficient AI systems.

• Experience in data preprocessing and feature engineering for AI model training.

• Understanding of neural network architectures and optimization techniques for generative models.

• Familiarity with deploying AI models into production, with a readiness to learn and adapt.

• Commitment to staying updated with the latest generative AI research and techniques.

• Experience with database technologies like Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL, or BigQuery is a plus.

• Exposure to front-end design or UI development for integrating AI features is a plus.

• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with an interest in cloud-based AI solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Build generative AI applications by leveraging Large Language Model (LLM) APIs and comparing their performance across multiple providers.

• Fine-tune pre-trained models for specific tasks and domains, optimizing them for performance, efficiency, and scalability.

• Extract data from various sources, build necessary data pipelines, and integrate generative AI solutions into existing workflows.

• Master prompt engineering techniques to achieve desired model outputs and enhance content quality.

• Actively participate in AI/ML forums, contributing to discussions, learning from peers, and staying current with AI trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into existing workflow systems.
