Job Title - Finance Senior Analyst

About the Role

Working as a Client Accountant you will be mainly responsible for validation and preparation of different financial reports for the Client, Client billing and Facilities Management accounting, and overall coordination of the accounting delivery.

The role will be based in our GCS Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, Poland.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain regular contact with a Client

• Coordinate the communication between Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable departments and a Client

• Client billing and Facilities Management accounting

• Preparation of financial reports

• Reconciliation and analysis of Clients’ accountants and statements

• Forecasting, budgeting and systematic analysis of costs and deviations between actual and plan

• Preparation and review of other reports requested by a Client

• Cooperation with team members and other departments based both in EMEA and AMS

• Creation and Update of Portfolio Services (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Client Accounting) process maps and playbooks.

What You'll Need

• Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must

• 5-8 years of equivalent professional experience

• Relevant University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance is an advantage

• Excellent Excel data manipulation skills

• Ability to communicate accounting matters in a clear and concise manner to clients with differing backgrounds

• Ability to work alone and also as part of a team

• Attention to detail and flexibility in approach to work

• Ability to remain focused in a rapidly changing environment and to multitask and work to key deadlines

• Excellent knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
