The Oracle Demo Services team is committed to bringing Oracle’s solutions and values to life for our customers and partners to increase sales and adoption. We do this through innovative implementations and captivating narratives which enable our sales teams to deliver best-in-class demonstrations for our complete suite of cloud applications, illustrating how Oracle's solutions can transform and elevate business operations across industries.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Demo Applications Consultant to join our team and help craft our demo experience with a focus on, but not limited to, Oracle Service Logistics (Depot Repair, Parts Logistics, Service Debrief) and Internal Help Desk. This role requires a unique blend of functional expertise and storytelling ability to create compelling demonstrations that showcase how Oracle's solutions enable and enhance optimal business practices across various industries and processes. Some technical experience with integration solutions would be useful, but not required.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Service Logistics, Depot Repair, Internal Help Desk, or Case Management solutions.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work with limited information

• Outstanding communication abilities – your words inspire and inform

• Proven track record of excellence in a remote work environment

• B.S. in Operations Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in fast-paced tech environments

• Implementation Certification in Service Logistics, Depot Repair, or similar areas

• Proficiency with collaboration tools like Atlassian (Jira) and Slack

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs would be beneficial

• Graphics or UX experience

• Understanding of business process optimization and industry best practices

1. Functional Implementation - Be the Architect

2. Design and implement business solutions on Oracle platforms that exemplify ideal operational workflows for Service Logistics & Internal Help Desk.

3. Configure environments to demonstrate how businesses can optimize their support and service processes.

4. Troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless demonstration experiences.

5. Leverage Generative AI functionalities, demonstrating its application in enhancing support efficiency and customer satisfaction.

6. Demo Development and Storytelling - Bring our Solutions to Life

7. Craft narrative-driven demonstrations that illustrate how Oracle’s capabilities transform and elevate various service and repair processes.

8. Develop use cases and scenarios that highlight how Oracle's solutions enable businesses to adopt leading-edge practices.

9. Create realistic product demos, including fictional companies, customer issues, and service scenarios that resonate with diverse industries.

10. Collaborate with sales, product management, and development teams to align demos with Oracle's strategic vision for business excellence.

11. Project Management - Lead the Change

12. Transform Oracle Modern Best Practices (OMBP) into actionable project plans and roadmaps.

13. Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks to deliver impactful demonstrations.

14. Work independently while maintaining clear communication with a remote team.
