Primary Responsibilities:

• This role involves driving the Development and operational teams in India. This team is involved in:

• Development standpoint:

• Extracting clinical data from ECDH and provisioning to STARS, Prospective and Retrospective teams both in cloud and also On-prem

• This team develops Snowflake pipelines to extract the data, transform it via Data Bricks and persist back in snowflake

• This team enables down streams by provisioning out files and also database VIEWS for them to consume the data

• Work on enhancements driven by the HEDIS requirements

• Operational Standpoint:

• Support data issue pointed by the downstream teams and resolve them by working with the core ECDH teams

• Ensure the data is delivered to downstream on time

• Support the legacy platform (SDR) for another HEDIS season

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• Data Engineering and analysis experience

• Having Big Data Experience (Hive, spark, Mapr FS)

• Experience leading team of developers and delivering the program

• Experience managing US Stakeholders

• Experience managing team of people

• Expertise in snowflake skills including stored procedures in SQL, Java script and other languages

• Expertise in Databricks skills

• Understand the integration of snowflake with other external applications like Azure blobs, Databricks

• Expertise in Azure cloud

• Expertise with Data integration tools [Data stage or others]

• Proven great communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare experience is preferred specifically HEDIS

• Experience with Grafana, Airflow

• Experience with DQaaS
