Position in this function is responsible in providing, reporting and dashboarding solution and play a major Role for Business requirements

Overview:

We are looking for B I Developer who has good designing techniques to join us. You will identify and design technology solutions for client requirements. You will use various techniques and transforming reporting into dashboard using PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake, and others. You will obtain expertise in health care domain. We are looking for someone with a unique combination of skills, talents, experiences, and mindset to fill this role.

This position will be responsible for enhancing & designing Dashboards. This position will need to be able to gather requirements, perform user acceptance testing and manage releases into the production environment. The role will also be responsible for ideation as regards the tools; having the ability to suggest enhancements based on design/security/performance in an on-going fashion.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and complex business scenarios

• Design innovative, analytical, and fully automated products and solutions

• Act as BI Developer to execute key projects and deliverables

• Ensure high quality and flawless execution of products

• Provide consulting to teammates, leaders, and clients

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

We are looking for solid data analyst skill set and below are the technologies our developers need to be skilled and experienced.

• Bachelors in computer science

• 4+ years of total experience in Tableau or Power BI

• 3+ years of total experience in SQL / Snowflake

• 1+ years of total experience in DBT

• Experience tying data requirements to business objectives and communicating results to both technical and business audiences

• Significant experience in handling large volume of data

• Good to have knowledge on Azure Fundamentals or Python

• Demonstrated ability to self-direct and problem solve

• Proven solid verbal and written communication skills

• Proven solid attention to detail

• Proven self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
