The HR Tech Products Support team has a role open for a HRIS Cloud Applications Support Analyst. The role is part of broad team supporting our Learning, Compensation, Payroll Time & Labor, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management suite of applications.

Primary responsibilities will focus on supporting the Oracle Learning Module in the space of production operations troubleshooting issue resolution and triage. Support Oracle release management, environment management and enhancement of the product. Work in conjunction with the overall Oracle support team across all modules on user experience and system usability improvements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Technology Experiences and Overview

• Cloud Application Configuration, Set Up and Administration

• Development, troubleshooting and enhancement of Oracle’s OTBI & BIP reporting technologies

• Liaison with COE Product owners on Sprint and Iteration Planning using Agile deployment methods

• Prepare vendor release documentation to be reviewed across modules

• Prepare for the Oracle UI transition to the latest version (Redwood)

• Participate on the creative design and enhancement Oracle’s product offering as we look to retire legacy non-Cloud applications

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• Oracle HCM Cloud Learn Module, OTBI Reporting, Troubleshooting, Integrations testing
