Wells Fargo Business Execution Consultant- Share point Developer in Hyderabad, India

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant. This position will have responsibility to provide general business-level website administrator support for internal Commercial Banking portals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing SharePoint sites, ensuring optimal performance and user accessibility. Configuring permissions, site layouts and custom workflows to streamline business processes.

  • Managing SharePoint access by configuring user permissions and roles, ensuring secure and appropriate access to site content. Regularly auditing and updating access controls to maintain data integrity and security.

  • Setting up and configuring custom lists in SharePoint to meet specific requirements. Customizing list columns, views, maintain permissions to enhance data organization and usability.

  • Developing responsive websites using HTML for structuring, CSS for design, and JavaScript for dynamic API. Ensuring cross browser compatibility and optimized page performance for seamless user experience.

  • Developing automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes. Integrating various applications and services to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

  • Designing custom applications using Power Apps to address specific needs. Creating user friendly interfaces and integrated apps with various data sources, including SharePoint and SQL/Oracle databases.

  • Developing Interactive Power BI dashboard and reports, integrating data from multiple sources to provide actionable business insights. Utilizing Dax and Power Query for advanced modeling and transformation.

  • Will participate in a variety of cross-functional, matrixed teams, both business and technical, representing the CB Business Execution & Readiness team.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous work on a scrum team or other form of agile team.

  • Work on intelligent automation or robotics efforts.

  • 1+ years of JIRA experience

  • Experience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environment.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats.
