Key Responsibilities

• Work with an end-to-end platform ownership mindset, innovate and drive initiatives through completion.

• Strong Development & Problem-Solving Skills with high technology acumen to build software products and conduct analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to derive meaningful insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate across teams to identify requirements, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement. Propose and implement continuous enhancements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems, goals and KPIs to develop software and analytical frameworks.

• Very Strong in Data Skills.

• Collaborate with IT teams to develop & enhance data infrastructure, data pipelines & analytical tools for efficient data collection, processing, and analysis.

• Develop analytics, reports, and dashboards to create data insights to drive informed decision-making and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is required.

• Strong Software Development Skill.

• Expertise in Programming language like Python, Java etc.

• Strong in Database technology and SQL skills.

• Understanding of Data and Information architecture.

• Knowledge on Data Analytics Tools like Tableau or Power BI.

• Exposure to Data Science & Machine Learning Algorithms.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data insights.

• Proactive approach to identifying operational inefficiencies and proposing solutions.

• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.

• Strong Communication Skill.

On-site Protocol

BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
