Role:

As a member of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud team, you will analyse, develop, troubleshoot and debug issues in the Recruiting Application using Oracle ADF, Visual Builder, SOA, Oracle Database and middleware tools and technologies. Work involves the implementation of complex solutions. You will build and execute unit tests and unit test plans and work closely with QA in executing test plans.

Expected Skills & Qualifications:

• BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.

• Proficient in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, and related technologies.

• Expertise in Oracle SQL/PLSQL.

• Experience working with Oracle ADF and SOA is highly desirable.

• Quick learner with a can-do attitude, willing to take on new challenges.

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, with proven success in contributing in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, working with technical and non-technical peers, as well as management.

• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

• Self–motivated and self-driven, continuously learning, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 6+ years of software engineering or related experience.
