Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience working with design and architecture, and testing/launching software products.

• 3 years of experience managing engineers.

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to build diversity and inclusion in teams culture and influence product/organizational direction for third-party and first-party teams in Salesforce Hub.

• Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects/tasks across various user groups.

• Ability to contribute to broader culture and community, facilitating training and company-wide programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions using Salesforce and first-party systems leveraging Google enterprise standards. You will develop guidelines and best practices for teams to follow and consult with teams on leveraging Salesforce native capabilities to minimize custom code. You will also define platform wide architectural choices laying the common infrastructure for business teams to build their Salesforce solutions, including integration frameworks, data architecture, and security model. You will work closely with Client Delivery teams and DevOps to ensure that solution designs meet the requirements of the business.

• Develop solutions leveraging the Salesforce Platform and first-party systems, design and build integrations with reusable components, patterns and turn key integration packages that can be used across google for integrations with Salesforce and other third-party/first-party systems.

• Develop and maintain a rubric for Google's integration patterns and corresponding design approaches.

• Provide technical expertise and leadership to develop Comprehensive Analysis for Performance Enhancements (CAPE's) Salesforce technical and architecture roadmap. Understand both technical and the product from an end-user perspective to deliver solutions to our business goals.

• Work with the global engineering teams to ensure designs meet the architecture roadmap and technical standards.

• Provide technical oversight and conduct code/design reviews across implementations and Integrations with third-party/first-party products. Analyze gaps and evaluate platforms and tools required for integration capabilities.
